2. Chargebacks and Policy Exclusion
Filing a chargeback immediately voids eligibility under this Return & Warranty Policy.
Once a customer initiates a chargeback with their bank or payment provider:
- The order is no longer eligible for a return or refund under this Policy.
- Travir is legally prevented from issuing a refund while the dispute is active.
- All refund and resolution rights are transferred to the customer's financial institution.
If a chargeback is filed, Travir will comply with the investigation process conducted by the payment provider. No refunds, replacements, or warranty claims will be processed by Travir while the chargeback remains open or after a final chargeback decision has been issued.
3. Return Process
a. Contact Support: Email us at support@shopTravelux.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
b. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and simple return instructions.
c. Pack & Ship: Send the item back in its original or protective packaging.
d. Get Your Refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your full refund (minus original shipping if applicable). Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear in your account.
4. 1-Year Warranty
Your purchase is also protected by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, structural issues, and material faults.
If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect within 1 years of your purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
