Orders are processed within 1–2 business days for approximately 90% of orders. To account for occasional delays, please allow up to 5 business days for order preparation before shipment.
Please note: Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. Including a buffer for unforeseen delays, total delivery time may be up to 14 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Travelux is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information. Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.
